Sean Hannity fans #BoycottKeurig after brand pulls ads in wake of Roy Moore accusations

Outraged fans of Sean Hannity have taken to Twitter to vent their frustration at Keurig after the coffee maker pulled its ads from the Fox News host’s show.

The #BoycottKeurig hastag was a top trending subject Sunday on Twitter. Some Twitter users posted videos of themselves smashing their Keurig coffee makers. Others used the hashtag to tweet their support of the brand.

The ad removal came after Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore’s appearance on Hannity’s radio show on Friday to talk about allegations of sexual misconduct and inappropriate behavior that were first published in The Washington Post. One woman, Leigh Corfman, told The Post that Moore had a sexual encounter with her when she was 14 and he was 32. Three other women said he dated or asked them out on dates when they were teens and he was in his early 30s.

Moore denied any inappropriate behavior. He told Hannity he didn’t know Corfman and that he didn’t remember "dating any girl without the permission of her mother."

Hannity said Moore should be given the benefit of the doubt.

At least five companies, according to USA Today, have pulled ads from the television show after Hannity interviewed Moore: Keurig,, 23 and Me, Eloquii and Nature’s Bounty.

None of the companies mentioned Moore by name, but did announce on Twitter that their ads would no longer be running during the Sean Hannity Show.
